About 6 years ago Front Porch Dreaming was opened at ebay. I opened my store because my love of shopping was producing more 'great finds' than my family, friends & neighbors could keep up with. Also, after close to 50 years of collecting, I wanted to sell some of my collectibles (to make room for more, LOL). My shop just grew & grew. After thousands of sales, I have 100% positive feedback from my long list of satisfied buyers (and many repeat buyers) at the bay (about 1000 of them leaving feedback). (See link below).
Several years ago, I felt forced to close my store at ebay. Due to constant seller fee increases, it was just not a viable option to keep that store open. I just didn't feel right about passing all those huge fee increases on to my buyers, I like to keep my prices fair. Since then I've sold at various sites (most often as Front Porch Dreaming) I've searched for a permanent new home & as I'm quite impressed with buyitsellit, in the interest of order, I've opened this shop in an attempt to eventually have most of my offerings under one roof.

Note about Multiple Purchases: Want to let you know, that making several purchases at once can save you considerably on shipping costs. For instance, childrens clothing, shoes, accessories, many pieces can fit in one flat rate Priority box at a total cost of $9.00. Of course anything that fits in that box is just fine. With shipping costs going up, it pays to combine, often additional purchases end up shipping for close to free. If invoice does not reflect the savings, I'll refund the difference thru Paypal or you may contact me & I'll send a revised Paypal invoice reflecting your savings. Please note there are some things that can't be combined in one package (example: a bowling ball & a china cup, LOL).
Our Sales Policy regarding Preowned clothing & footwear: I never sell footwear showing any degree of serious wear. Unless I clearly state otherwise (rare), preowned footwear appears to have been worn once or twice & may show some soiling on the bottoms but the insides are clean & unworn, the tops are close to new & undamaged & there is absolutely no uneven or serious wear on the bottoms.
Regarding clothing: No worn areas, no tears or rips, NO stains, no fade but if item is washable there may be a slight fade, consistant with being laundered a very few times but still looking sharp & close to new. In other words, I never sell worn out merchandise. I prefer not to waste your time. I count on repeat buyers & work hard to not sell anything I wouldn't want to receive myself (& I'm pretty fussy, LOL).
Our return policy: If you desire a refund please contact us first. Refunds will be issued for goods returned within 7 days of receipt. Item must be returned in same condition as when sent (tags attached if applicable, etc.). Unfortunately, we can not refund shipping costs.
Your personal information is considered to be just that. It is used, by me, ONLY to process your order & is never shared in any way.
