This is a really nice cotton Clowns Costume in royal blue & red fabric each with different size polka dots & white rick rack trim. It zippers up the back & has elastic in the neckline. It has full puffy arms & legs both with elastic in the ruffled cuffs. There are 3 nice size pom poms on the bodice (the buttons, LOL)

The costume comes complete with a long neck ruffle that needs a piece of elastic or a ribbon threaded thru the provided slot to gather it up to neck size needed. Ithink you'll be quite impressed with this professional quality costume. Nicely done & in very nice condition.
